On October 30, 2017, the Company extended the termination date of its Membership Interest Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) with Environmental Turnkey Solutions LLC (“ETS”) until January 2018 by cancelling $100,000 in notes receivable from ETS (See Note 1) |
